ReLaPsE again...又复发了。。。。

这几个星期我的皮肤又再发脾气了。。。辛苦啊。。看看图片你们就知道了。。。不过保持心情平稳还是有帮助的。虽然是复发还是看到皮肤有好的改善。。。

These few weeks my skin again lost its temper. . . Haiz. . Look at the picture you will know. . . However, im sure that maintain stable mood is helpful. Although the recurrence of the skin still can see a good improvement. . .

Relapse....

Haha....i got my relapse again...hmmm maybe you will ask are you ok? Does it pain? hehe for me relapse its ok nothing much suffer nothing much pain and been so long i was get use to it already..

Now recall the starting get relapse my heart was shivering,sad,angry....keep asked why like that?aiyooooo i though i ok ler how come relapse again...so pain ..grrrr the skin get to dry... crack....bleeding again arrrh pain....i dont want!!!!!!!!!!

Hehe this is when i got my relapse feeling,but now?no more...got relapse?ok never mind think back why will relapse leh?stress?eat something i should not take?lack of rest?too emotional??all this i will think about and adjust the wrong to the right....
and take time it will back to normal....

are you the one having same problem as me?well i know relapse its a torture for ourself most important you got to stay relax...and keep on positif thinking and stay happy thats the way to get well soon from relapse..^^

Long time no Bloging...

Hi to all...hmm its been kind long time i never bloging abt myself..haha due the company pc got problem la....^^ recently i got relapse again for psoriasis and its was under control right now...slowly going back to normal again but same time its also have better improvement too ^^....well i just took a few pic wanna share with you all....

Yesterday i receive a parcel from OLIVENOL livin' @ Triniaire...got Moo Goo Shampoo..Conditioner,Shower cream and Udder cream ....^^ so happy and thanks so much to them i just use it today the feeling so good and my skin feel so good relax and light my scalp not tight like i use other normal brand shampoo...


Before that I always use JOHNSON AND JOHNSON's lotion, not long ago I used Moo Goo products feel good. . . After I go back to the Lotion JOHNSON AND JOHNSON. . . Found that my skin can not accept, the skin becomes very dry will crack. . Painful. . .

Halo最近比较忙都没来分享我的进展...哈哈
Halo long time never upload my inproverment hehe sorry due my work recently busy...





那些白白的皮屑是少了很多不过还是很红因为最近工作的压力让我有点复发不过比之前好很多因为没有干裂,紧绷的感觉....现在又会到平时的情况...^^
For those flakes is lesser but redness still dur my job stress cause abit relapse luckily this round skin does not crack,tight....and now im back to normal condition...^^
